In the high season we have a large influx of people who want to enjoy the magnificent routes we offer.

Follow these tips on the operation and functioning of our trains and streetcars to make your experience more enjoyable.

You can purchase your tickets from the official website trendesoller.com.

Once your transaction is completed, we will send you the receipt of your purchase with a reference number to the email address you provided. It is important that you print or save the receipt.

On the day of the excursion you must be at the departure station about 30 minutes before the train departs. At the station there is a desk exclusively for customers who have booked their tickets online. At this counter you must show the email you received with the proof of purchase and you will be given your boarding passes.

Important: Animals are not allowed, unless they are guide dogs or in an approved carrier. Bicycles are not allowed.

Norefunds will be made once tickets have been issued.

Changes of date and/or train departure time can be made up to 72 hours prior to the train departure. To make any change of date or time you can do it here.

If you have purchased a pack ticket (Train + Tramway) through the web or at Palma Main Station, when you arrive at Sóller with the Train you can enjoy the excursion with our beautiful centenary tramway.

To be taken into account on the day of the excursion:

Train: Timetable changes are not allowed.

Tramway: You can choose the schedule and board any of the Tramways we offer.


Examples: On the outward journey, when you arrive in Sóller, you can stroll around the pretty square and explore its ancient streets or visit our modernist museum Can Prunera before heading with the Tram to the port.
